Well if you want a link to post you make, just simply copy the desired site's url and paste it into your post.

Adding links to your Facebook Fan Page is very easy, just copy the URL: or links and paste it on the "LINK option" that you can see at the upper portion of your page; (Share: Status Photo LINK Video Question)
You can also add Url or Links to your Fan page Info.
