My instagram was disabled, for no reason. I try to make a new account. and i cant. It says that too many people have registered in my phone, and it has been all the times tht ive tried to make a new account. i emailed instagram and nothing. Do you think restarting my phone will work? Please! Help!

No Restarting your Phone is Not Going to Work if you Registered To Many Times on your Device on Instagram than it wont Work
