i have about 4 games i play and all of them but vampire wars works. this one only loads a black box. i think my java and flash player are updated. its not the app itself because it will load fine on another computer.
am i missing a program?

Does it say that your java and flash player need to be updated? If not, then you're fine. It just might be that theyre under maintanence. Come back after a few days and it might work. I remembred Pet Society wasnt working for 4 days! But when I came back after a while, it started working again.

K, first you should change your browser settings, completely remove all security from your browser, then load the app.
If that doesn't work, manually re-install your flash player, which means, un-install it, and then install the newest version.
If none of that works, than you should contact the developers of the application.
