It was this girl we were friends on their for a long time and I knew her back in school and one day I couldn't figure out what happened and I still see her when I search for her, what happened? And she didnt block me cause she still comes up on search.

sounds to me like her account got suspended by facebook for breaking some rule, like creating more than one account

Either There Profile is Deleted Or You Been Blocked To Figure out Which One it is Ask Someone to Search For that Profile If They Can Pull it up And you Cant Than you been Blocked if They Cant Than The Profile Is Deleted
