Should I list my personal contact info for business? Would you put your email and number on social media? - Andrew Crushfitness - 03-24-2014 11:48 AM

I am a private person but I know how much my clients like me and how much I like my job. But being a full-time student I don't have much time, so should I list my personal contact info for business? Would you put your email and number on social media to advertise. I have never put personal info on the web, I am very busy and don’t want any further spam. Do you think this is worth the risk?

There's absolutely no need to give out your personal information. People who want to reach you through Facebook or LinkedIn can simply click on the contact button in the social media website.

As i think its depend upon your services, if you are providing the online support too to their clients then you need to put your contact detail so that user can easily contact with you.

If you are selling your services then i will suggest you to put the contact form on the place where you are doing marketing.

Hope this will useful for you. For detailed information you can contact our expert at http://www.synapseindia.com

I would suggest you don't put your contact details on social media because it could be used by other people to exploit you. Like when you put your contact number, anyone could get the number and call you and joke on you while email address would also be used for spamming purposes.
