Manually, make more interesting tweets,follow more people so that they may follow you. Or else you can go through the site twiends.com, This site will help you to increase follower in twitter,Facebook. Just log in here with your twitter account, choose your favorite field and then follow maximum seed holder's profile, you will get the same no. of follower as the seed has. Its free.
