You can't upload a profile picture on mobile. Even fancy schmancy iPad Air, no sir.
You can link your Yahoo Account to Facebook, if you have an account, and the profile picture should transfer over. To do that, go to http://profile.yahoo.com Otherwise, you have to wait until you're on a computer, sorry.
