I'm working on a project and wondering if I am able to use celebrity pictures that they post on Instagram. I would say for example "photo via @kimkardashian Instagram" under the image and also link the image to Kim K's Instagram. Is doing something like this okay? I see sites like Eonline, People, and Perez Hilton do it. Any help would be appreciated! Thanks!
