Facebook takes forever than only loads a weird version almost mobile version just white background with all items on left hand side in black Cannot do anything with it.....

Try clearing your cache. This has happened to me before but fixed itself. If clearing the cache does not work I suggest downloading another browser such as safari, google chrome, or Mozilla Firefox.

I am betting that you download IE 11 during windows update. people have had trouble with IE 11 being unable to load YouTube and other pages
You need to go back to IE 10. Here is a link on how to do that.
