I wanted to make an account but there's "too many users registered to the device" how do I get other accounts off of the phone?

1. There no way that you can fix it. Once you've gotten too many accounts made you can't make any more.
2. You have to use somebody else's phone or other device to make it. Then you can log on in your phone.!
