I'm trying to create a private facebook group where only I can invite users and I do not want other members to be able to invite others, how do i do so?

When you're creating the group, it asks if you want it public or private. Choose private.

while creating group , change the privcy level to closed or secret ..but if u want to make a group private which is not presently private , then open that group and click on edit settings then change privacy settings to close or secret ..
