My yahoo mail and Facebook account had been hacked, and the hacker who hacked them changed the my yahoo mail password and my Facebook mail, and I can't restore it because he changed everything and it's very important for me to have my account back, CAN ANYONE HELP ME, PLEASE ???

→Restore your Facebook account? There is no way to do so since there is no such way to get 'em back. Once the account is deleted, it can't be restored.
