So she didn't text me back yesterday at all after I text her.She still post stuff on instagram later on so I know her phone is not dead or anything. I wait the next day and still no response.I finally text her today and she response.How should I ask her why didn't you text me back without being serious and sound desperate?

Well first off bro don't jump the gun cause she doesn't text you back. Maybe she was busy or just didn't want to talk, or even the text just didn't go threw. Who knows everyone has reasons for not wanting to talk.
Now if it was a serious question and she didn't answer then you should just ask it again.
But to your question, just say something like," dang girl I thought you were being shady for not texting me back.haha"
Something direct, light, and simple. If she says she wasn't or anything like;then let it go, and just keep talking to her.
