Hey, I'm new to twitter and I want to compose a tweet about a celebrity, I want to write "Pink's new album is so good". Should I hash tag or do @Pink or do should I just leave it like that?
Also, what kind of stuff should I tweet as I have hardly any followers :L and extra tips too would be helpful thank you! :-)

You should do @Pink's new album is so #good.
Get popular on trending, by hashtagging anything that you see there that you like.
Also retweet quotes, and come up with your own.
Lastly, follow back people who follow you.
