I set all my settings to be seen by everyone, but somehow my facebook profile cant be viewed if you're not signed in. Do you have to have a FB profile to view it or can you set it so everyone can see it?

You must have a facebook profile to view other facebook profiles.

you have to have a FB profile, and be signed into it, to look at other FB profiles
