thats facebook's policy.
if you dont want them to be the ones to block you back, deactivate your account for those 48 hours then reinstate it after the time is up and re-block them

Its Facebook's Policy Not Sure Why They Make People Wait 48 Hours It Can Be A Privacy Concern Unfortunately You Have to Wait 48 Hours Tho Before you Can Re Block That Person
