Probably not, since Jesus was not put to death on a cross, but on a torture stake, and some people may see it as a form of idol worship.

He is not on the cross anymore. His absence from the cross, factually shows his resurrection, because even after he died, he was entombed. Jesus image on the cross, is a man made symbol, that has not spiritual significance, except if it is showing the passion of Jesus death on the cross, in its right context. Also, no one has a correct image of Jesus Christ, and we have to be careful of images/idol.

How do you know it's Jebus ? Nobody knows what He actually looked like. But yes according to man made rules there would be no problem.
Problem is however that it would be sin. Ya see the Bible forbids making any picture of God, gods, or Jebus. ;~)
