I have been having anxiety about entering facebook. I cant even go onto the website. I was curious if I could delete the facebook profile by deleting the email address associated with the facebook profile. For instance, I just closed out the yahoo email address. Will the facebook profile go away because of that?

No, you must also delete the facebook account. To do this go to the page given below:

no but you can to the site,go to account settings,security settings,at the bottom of the line it will have Deactivate your account in blue click on that and follow the instructions

Just deactivate the Facebook account.
