Of course it won't, it's all lies. The same rumour went around last year (see snopes: http://www.snopes.com/computer/facebook/closure.asp )

If it was really happening, it would be reported in ALL the news websites, not as a rumour.

No its Not True The Same Rumor Gets Started Every Year and None of the Years Has It Ever Happen
And There is Also Another Rumor About it Being Shut Down at the End of the Month For 3 Days
