It has been like this since i got my new laptop on christmas day(or maybe a few days before)
Ok so usually when you want to change your profile pic you to your profile.When you put the mouse on your profile pic words pop up on it but not anymore

so when i click it as usual my profile picture,facebook,no picture pops up under but Twitter and upload my own profile picture is no longer there.

"Edit My Preferences" method redirects to my yahoo profile.
i have no option to upload a picture
nvm google chrome was the problem

Possibly a glitch or not doing it right.Follow these directions from Yahoo closely.

Close and reopen your browser or reboot. and your avatar should be showing If your avatar isn't showing try resizing it to make it smaller.
