Just yesterday I had around 106 followers. Today when I checked my twitter, I only have 74! I don't know what happened, did anyone experience this?

Yes, they simply unfollowed you. Do you update your twitter account with meaningful content or possibly unfollowed some people yourself? Some people use 3rd party tools for twitter that automatically unfollow anyone that unfollows them. Post interesting content and people will find and follow you. Hope that helps.
