So I just created a group on facebook, but I don't want anyone seeing me as a admin or even an officer, even people who joined the group. Is this possible?

No it isn't, Facebook haven't implemented any option for this.
You could create a Facebook Page instead of a group if that's applicable for you. People can still join as fans, you still have a wall and the ability to upload photos but it doesn't show who created the page.
