Say I logged onto someone's iPad while holidaying in Paris and Germany, and then I logged in again from the same device in Australia 2 months later, will it still be a recognised device or will I still get a notification because it's logged in from Australia?

since it depends on ip address of that device, it will be a new device to your recognized devices
