Could she possibly wear butt pads? How does her butt look medium sized in one picture (like the one with her and blachyna on Instagram) and huge in another, (like the recent one she posted on her Instagram wearing a black dress in the family's garage)

Some magazines take photos of celebrities and they photo shop them. Kim Kardashian is known for her...um...buttocks, so it wouldn't surprise me if magazine editors altered some of her photos.
But if they're taken from her personal camera, then maybe she poses in whatever way makes her body look ideal to her.

There is a 7 year difference, she has had a child, and I believe she has had botox injections in her butt, too.

Why cant ppl understand that its fake butts dont just grow like that she wants attention and ppl keep giving it to her and she doesn't care who u are so why care about her butt seriously. Coco austin, lala vasquez, taylor swift , nicki minaj all have fake butts its getting ridiculous and its all because of the attention jlo got from her butt its sad really the money they all have but the low self esteem makes them alter their bodies id rather be middle class and confident with who I am
