That isn't a police matter.
Have you tried changing your password, blocking the person from facebook, or just deleting your facebook account all together?

Actually it is a police matter if the person is staking you. With the hacking of the Facebook yes it is illegal but the police won't really do much about it I would suggest that is this person is truly stalking you contact the local police station and organise a time to come down and talk about it or just head down to your local police station and just say hi, look I've got this person who is stalking me... Go on from there and bring down evidence too.

Dont listen to the first two answers. Go down to the local police station or call the police (911) and tell them you would like to file a police report. The police officer will take down your problem(the stalking and hacking of information) and if you have a person of interest(someone you think is doing this) then they will put that on the police report as well. Tell them you would like a copy of the police report. Since youre being stalked if something were to happen to you atleast its on file and you have a lead to better protect you if you were god forbid in harms way. You shuld ALWAYS report any illigal crime or matters, LITTLE OR BIG
