Data usage while using apps? - greatwool531 - 03-24-2014 04:28 PM

I have recently bought an android phone and have downloaded a nub err of apps.

I have a 750mega-bite time limit per month and as this is my first month i am not sure how long this will last. because of this i am trying to save as much data as possible in the first few months

i have apps that have music videos on them and was wondering if with each video used i lose data from my contract.

also much data is 750mega bites? how long will this last me? i mainly only use my internet for facebook, gps and music videos

thanks

Generally surfing the web on websites such as Facebook, Google and stuff won't cause you to go over the limit. Watching music videos off the internet however will use up a lot of this so I would reccomend connecting to WIfi if your going to watch music videos. Downloading apps shouldn't really use up too much of your MB unless you go over the top. (50+ apps). 750mb is a lot. I have 500mb a month and I consider myself to be a heavy user and I've only used, 68mb.
I'm pretty sure there's an app somewhere which can moniter your usage if you really worried so just have a search in the maketplace.
So yeah, don't worry, as long as you don't watch videos all the time, you'll be safe. But don't forget to use Wifi when possible. (doesn't use mb and is faster)
