i`m trying to log into my facebook account but it wont let me . it says 'You don't have permission to access / on this server-403 forbidden" ... HELP?!

I have been having the same problem. I was just on this morning, but now I am getting that HTTP 403 Forbidden error, too. I am glad to see I am not the only one.
It looks like it might just be a facebook hiccup. Guess we just gotta wait and see if it fixes itself.

403 Forbidden is an HTTP status code returned by a web server when a user requests a web page or media that the server does not allow them.
Where are you accessing this? If you can switch your router on and off maybe reset it might help
