Are people hired based on looks and social skills in America more than skill and competence? - tokaboom - 03-24-2014 04:28 PM

After learning more and more about HR practices and employment trends in America, after looking for the source of the job market problems there, I have to ask this question..

Yep. Every employer SAYS they want skilled, competent workers... but somehow it's the suck-ups who can't do a thing beyond boost the boss' ego who stay on while the hard workers get fired... for complaining about doing their work AND the suck-up's work.
