Linkedin,myspace,mebo (if thats still around).
Anything with boobs.Im about half serious about that.You may not get the specific audience your looking for,but " if you put boobs on it,men will click"should be one of the many slogans of the internet.
Also getting a Facebook or twitter would be a good thing to have.Since you can use it to build a personality or persona online.Witch come out through your blog....
There are multiple ways to increase your blog's exposure, but without knowing the actual content.I don't think i could get more specific.

IDEAS:a good idea would be a youtube video/videos explaining pick pocketing techniques,how people can avoid being pic pocketed,likely areas to be pick pocketed.pick pocketing around the world
Podcast directed to a pickpocketing community,lol, if that exists.
Distribute an ebook showing things involved with pick pocketing.Free or not free (more people would read free).Have it associated with your blog.
Network,their may be some one writing a blog,articles,videos ect. about something that compliments pick poceting.Like self defense,jewelry,fine cloths ect. that can refer your blog or would be interested in writing about how your expertise (pick pocketing) relates to theirs.
networking is a big one,linked in/facebook,or emailing people you would be interested in working with would be easiest.
