Hi
This is a bit odd. I have blocked this person and set my Instagram to private but this same person has requested to follow me. How is this possible if they can't find me via search?

Report it to Instagram offices? It's probably just a mistake or the person has managed to hack you and unblock themselves if they are that intelligent? Just try blocking them again and if that doesn't work email the people of Instagram
