do you need a permit to make a fundraising group? - Emily - 10-15-2012 08:10 PM

Me and my friend are only 14 but we want to make a fundraising group for young people in our area.
It would start off as just friends but then hopefully it would grow and get more people to join.
We would make a facebook page and post an ad to get members in the local corner shop.
We would hold lots of fundraising events.
My mum would help a bit but we would do most the work.

1. how often do you think we should change the charity we do it for (every year, every sx moths ect.)
2.Do you need any sort of permit to do a fundraising group or to hold fundraisers or anything
3.is there any advice you could give to me and my friend?
4. Would we be able to take a bit of money from the events (like £1) just to cover the fee for an ad in the corner shop?

Thank you x
ect, as in and so on
