Been looking everywhere all i can find is how YOU can conduct research using twitter. I need to know how Twitter as a company gains their marketing research..?
E.G. Surveys? Where? How?
Focus groups?
Press?
I use twitter like crazy i know how to use it and how it works and why it works. But what im interested in is researech through the company's eyes... how do they know whats working and what isnt? Do they send out surveys to random users?
