If he's commenting unappropriate things though, like calling her super sexy or saying he'd 'treat her right', than i'd see it as a red flag. Conversations with other girls - If they're friends, that's fine, a friendly, non-sexual conversation i don't mind. But I'd be uncomfortable if he's flirting with other girls, online or in person.
