Every time I open a program such as Instagram [desktop version] or Wikipedia on the Google Chrome web browser, a new tab opens asking me to complete a Review Master Survey.
Please can somebody advise how I stop this happening?
If this is a virus or some kind of malware, please can advice be given as to removing it?

Can you provide us a screenshot of the Review Master Survey? It might just be an adware or extension you unknowingly installed.
