I am handling a website my companies IP has black listed in many social sites even on StumbleUpon also. If you have any idea to drive a referral traffic to the site or to increase the visits then please tell me.

You can submit your site on different directories in the categories of dental health and any related category... write some blogs for your site and submit your site on top bookmarking sites..
One other options is also is that search engine submission....
