why is everyone on Facebook such a big shot? - JollyMagician564 - 03-24-2014 04:35 PM

i'm starting to look at my life as if it's sh*t, I keep looking at my friends Facebook pages and they seem so happy, like the world is swinging from their sack. Why do people put up big shot Facebook pictures?

I think people do this to make themselves feel good about themselves because people comment on their pictures but that doesn't mean there's anything wrong with that. I would recommend not looking into it too much. I'm on Facebook but seeing as though I'm not a popular person, I'm overlooked. I'm alright with this because I'm not one to care about popularity. I think you should ignore those people if it really does bother you and just stay true to you. Just enjoy life and don't sweat over Facebook, good things will happen to you eventually. Smile

Nick - Don't you realize that people lie on Facebook? Most of the time, these people aren't happy, but they write statuses that make people think they are. This makes them feel better about themselves.

Some even go so far as to post pictures of themselves standing next to expensive cars, yachts or planes claiming that these things are theirs, when in reality, they are standing next to someone else's property, or in a showroom.

The sooner you stop comparing yourself and your life with others, the sooner you will feel better about what you DO have.

But if you look into it its not every body who does that. Its just you tend to notice it. The way I see it if there social life is so great how come they even get the time to upload the pics or even go on the net, with all those partys they have to attend, they must be exhausted.
