Every time I have issues, I go to help.yahoo.com and I get to choose from a bunch of options that aren't even close to the problems Im having. Then I try to call yahoo customer support and I get a phone tree that has no live operators and nothing to do with my problem with yahoo.
How do I get a personalized answer?
