ummm either your accounts gonna get banned or you need to delete the app and redownload it but id reccomend you just buy followers from socialboxguru.com

the first ban is usually for 24 hours, you should read the rules in their terms of service to make sure you arent breaking any of the rules
like the one about there being a limit to the number of comments you post in a day
