My facebook account was disabled last week on Tuesday 7th of December
During a bus ride one of my friends attempted to go onto my wall and couldn't access it.
When I got home I attempted to log in and got the message my account was disabled.
I contacted Facebook immediately and followed the prompts.
I received my E-mail confirming they received my request to get my account back
I followed the prompts again and sent off the E-mail as requested.
A few hours later I received the exact same E-mail with the same prompts, But the E-mail had a small purple Arrow on it (I am using hotmail) I'm not sure if that means it failed, or that it was a reply.
But I deleted the email (Stupidly)
I have made 2 other requests since then to get my account back but haven't received any confirmation of any type.
I never received a warning from Facebook telling me that I have violated their terms or conditions
The only thing I could think of is:
I changed my name to a 'fake' name which was Brettasaurus Rex.
But surely I would've received an E-mail warning
I have since made another account to compensate.
Can anyone give me a more direct way to get my account back?
Or at least some sort of idea when I may get a reply

I'm not sure how you can get your account back, but my friend got her Facebook account disabled once and got it back after a few months.

Does your facebook say temporary disable or says Disable ?
You no you can go to the trash on you email and find the e-mail
I don't think changing your name to that would do anything
Did you log into you facebook many times with the wrong pw or username?
