I cant like, comment, or edit my profile on Instagram. it keeps saying We're unable to save your changes due to an automated spam block. If this is a mistake, please accept our apologies for the inconvenience. DOES ANYONE KNOW HOW TO FIX THIS??? if so,PLEASE help me! thanks

Try looking at the instagram help center, they might have the answer there.
Or just wait 24 hours. Whenever I get problems with my instagram account it works again in about 24 hours.
