My facebook is completely normal, no signs of hacking. EXCEPT that I've been getting statuses posted on my wall for pages i never liked, some are like Indian and doctor stuff. Does facebook just automatically do that? Like the pages for me I mean? Last time I got hacked, Facebook told me... I changed my password, but i dont know if that will help. SO is my fb hacked or not?

you may be hacked or maybe not, but i would change my pass again just in case, but it might just be a Facebook glitch

if your friends are posting stuff like that its spam if it isn't you should change your fb password just in case hope it helps
