Why can't I follow people on instagram?
If I click the follow button, to follow people back, it turns green, but within seconds it turns back to blue.I've already tried uninstalling then reinstalling the app, logging off the account then back on, but nothing works.Its been like this since yesterday. Does anyone know how to fix it? Or what to do? Now 24 hours gone. Still I can't follow anyone

U sure you didn't reach your follower limit, create a new account and try to follow someone and if that doesn't work then u need to do it on another device
