Im not just talking about the boring old color, and morphing effects. ;D im talking about the apps where you could make it look like you puffed colorful smoke, or are spinning a tornado on your finger, or turning your tongue into a strawberry, or your floating on your back above ground. If you have an instagram you can look up the user name : FETCHING_TIGERSS and that is the app i'm talking about... she's not telling ANYONE i really want it it too... LOL XD. PLEASE HELP! <3

It's called Photoshop. I checked out her Instagram and I bet you $5 she used Photoshop. I'm sure there isn't a single app on iPhone or Andriod that could do this. All smartphone photography apps are only for adding filters, resizing, color correcting, or cropping.
Her photos are really creative... She just gained a follower I guess?
