Economic System Project
Germany is a social market economy where which the government has very little involved. Factors of production are largely owned by businesses and individual. Business make decisions about what to produce based on what the consumers want to buy. Consumers have a great impact on what gets produced in a market economy. Societies tend to be divided into “have†and “have not†groups and may conflict within Germany.
