I am on 02 contract, i get unlimited texts and calls but i have to pay for the internet.
will it cost to send and receive texts from and to facebook?

No, Facebook texts are just like getting texts from a friend (albeit a very strange one). Facebook doesn't charge anything, they get enough money from ads.
