My instagram was hacked! i cant get a new password so how can i delete it!? please help asap!!

Try going on the instagram website (google it) and log in. Go to the settings and look around, there should be an option to deactivate it somehow. If not, then just keep your profile private, block ALL of your followers, and sign out. Then make a new account.
