How do you upload a photo on Facebook without sending a notification/newsfeed on that earth icon thing? - mg - 03-24-2014 04:48 PM It's almost my birthday and I thought of something funny to post. However, I don't like to blurt out " Oh it's my birthday!!" like a child. But I do want to share it with those who are interested and those who actually remembered my B-day. That's why I don't want it to show it up on that earth icon thing on top right. So I thought of a way but does anybody know if this way keeps it from putting that red alert mark on other people's FB account? 1.Post/write whatever and upload the photo and set it to " Only Me" before uploading. 2.Click post 3.After a couple minutes, set it back to " Friends " Thank you very much in advance for those kind people out there. - Tommy - 03-24-2014 04:53 PM If it helps, I found out about an hour ago that you can set a "Future time" on Posts . . . up to 6 months, if I remember correctly. I'll Post this answer, do some Research & get back to you . . . |
