alright i just bought myself a nexus 7 2nd generation very nice and fast, the only down side is Facebook apps are really slow it takes 2 min to load up, my old ipad load much faster. any ideas what up with that, should i exchange my nexus 7 another tablet like Samsung galaxy tab 8.0

It's not the tablet, it's Facebook and all the stuff it's doing in the background.
Does the same thing (not 2 minutes, but not quick enough) on both my Android phone and my Windows tablet.
