In the beginning you will get a warning. If you keep on spamming the site, your account will be temporarily suspended.
I suggest you not to spam the fan page because FB has so many strategies to find it out.
In order to avoid spamming in the fan page, the users should engage in a real conversation rather than interrupting in the irrelevant ones. Tips, ideas or some links that provide real value to the users of the product or the business should be given. You should engage in the activities like answering the questions provided in the frequently asked questions and answers section. The photos and videos of some of the business events can be posted. Through this fan page we can ask our customers about the product.
