just go to facebook.com and click on the link for lost password and follow the instructions to get in. If that doesn't work, then create a new account and then go to their help section and search there for getting your account back.

go to settings and privacy and change it

You have to reset your password by your mobile number/ email address. To done the work you have to use I forget my Password option and follow step by step.

When you login just click "forgot password' you can reset it from there.
